Eric has over 28 years' experience in the telecom and IT industries in Europe and North America, with a sustained track record of delivering sales and market share growth, including at Sylantro Systems where he was Regional President for EMEA, and 20 years with Lucent Technologies, where from 2002 he had responsibility as Sales Vice President for Lucent's European Mobility business based in UK, successfully delivering growth in sales to mobile operators (including the world's first commercial HSDPA deployment, in O2). Subsequently he was appointed Chief Operations Officer for the Europe Sales Region ($1.2b revenues).

Prior to these roles, Eric was the Regional VP for Lucent's $4 billion North America Mobility region, based in New Jersey, with responsibility for business management and sales support for all wireless service providers in North America. Eric's initial years at Lucent included strategic planning and business development leadership roles in Europe, including the negotiation and support of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in India, Germany, France, Eastern Europe and Saudi Arabia. In 1997-99 he moved to California as Lucent's global account director for AirTouch.

Eric has a strong multinational background, having lived in 8 countries on 4 continents. He graduated in Economics & Geography at University College London and completed his MBA at IMD in Switzerland

Kathryn Stevenson started her working life, in Telesales; making sales appointments for sales people.

The went on to work for TNT Express. Success in this role saw her progress to Major Accounts Manager. She opted to supplement her 'real world' experience, with a 2-year Diploma in Logistics specialising in HR and the Supply Chain.

She went on to work at Orange pcs, joining the Corporate Sales Team, and her successes have been notable in delivering innovative data and voice applications to major businesses.

Her clients applaud her account management skills and dedication. Communication and rapport building have been the most important tools to her success.

As Director and Company Secretary for the Fill Your Diary Ltd Board, Robert provides support on contractual and legal matters for the company.

In 2007 he founded Search Telecom fulfilling his desire to start his own specialist Search & Selection firm in Telecoms. Search Telecom has been successful in building several teams for some major telecoms players globally.

Prior to this he worked as Director at LEA Consultants (Global Telecoms Recruitment) where he headed up their IP & New Media recruitment team with responsibility for developing their US and Asia operations. He has also enjoyed working at Select Recruitment in their Sales and Business Development function in their Major Accounts division in the UK & Ireland.

Robert graduated with an LLB (Hons) Law Degree from Liverpool John Moores University in 1998.

Howard has over 20 years of experience Telecoms and IT industries both in the UK and Internationally, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets and delivering significant value through business growth and change.
Prviously in 2008, as the Managing Director of Sales for EMEA, he spear-headed the European efforts for a new Vancouver based start up CounterPath Corporation by penetrating several Major Accounts.
Prior to this in 2006 whilst at Digitalk Ltd, he was responsible for leading new business development of larger Tier 1, Tier 2 service providers and major ISP's plus account management of BT and C&W. Whilst with Digitalk Ltd Howard Secured a significant and strategic VoIP infrastructure contract for a major European ISP, which was set to become one of Europe's largest Broadband VoIP deployments.

Michelle Findlay is a Co-founder of Fill Your Diary Ltd and Marketing Director, leading the company's marketing campaigns, image development, website and recruitment campaign to support an ever-expanding customer base. Michelle worked in IT networking and holds the MCSE qualification. She is qualified by experience in website and graphic design, including Adobe Photoshop and Joomla content management system and has also launched a new start-up company in this field in Italy www.grafix2.me

She is also a well respected author and has written a children's book for charity, and enjoys blogging on several subjects. She is a guest author for the American Diversity Report, the Working Geek and several other online journals. Her writing style is humorous and contemporary. She is a graduate in Business & Management and speaks 6 languages.
